| Maternity (prenatal) Yoga|
Participant : After the 15th week of your pregnancy, and may practice as long as you feel well. No prior yoga experience necessary.
|Purpose of maternity (prenatal) yoga|
|Not only improve your discomfort of fatigue, low back pain, leg cramps or swelling, but also continuous yoga practice help you to discover your own body wisdom to cope with fea,r and face the natural stress and pain of childbirth.|
The practice provides an access to inner resources to face the challenge of labour with confidence, calm and courage. Communicate with unborn child and welcome, feel affection from their minds, hearts, bodies, or spirits.

|Yoga mats offer free of charge. |
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
Changing facilities are available, but there are no showers.
Bring your own water.
Please come with empty stomach.
Twice of month on Sunday 11:00 ~ 12:00|
